A searchable database of notable bars around the world
7/20/2025 – Bar Notable is now live!
With data from seven different award organizations and more on the way, the Bar Notable beta launch is live! Search thousands of data points by bar name or city and sign up for email updates to find out when new features and data get added.
7/12/2025 – Thought it might be fun for folks to get an idea of the scale of data that will be involved in Bar Notable, so here’s a table that should automatically update as I add new ranks, nominations, and wins to the database.
We may not have every single data point available in the initial prototype launch, but eventually Bar Notable will include all of the data counted above, another 426 bars from our personal bar log, and submissions from users!
7/7/2025 – Work on the database search functionality is going strong in the background but it felt like time to have a landing page for updates. We hope to have a working search prototype ready for Tales of the Cocktail and user integration by mid-fall. (Think favoriting, added bars to your bucket list, custom sharable lists, etc.)
